  I'm rating them based on customer service and quality of food/drinks.
  Customer service wise every time I come here it's always a smile and a greeting or a oh hey these Steelers fans need to go introduction. It's funny to me because it makes me feel welcomed. I think it's essential to point something out or compliment, just connect in general with a customer. I don't walk in and take orders like an a-hole so maybe that's why. My usual drink is a small hot chocolate and it's like they put mad love into it with added sugar of course. The food isn't great in presentation as the commercials but that's as expected. What fast food restaurant in Urban areas care about presentation when you're trying to get a order out in time? Overall it's pretty good here unless you're an a-hole
